Pearce Global Partners Inc. (PGP) is a full service Emergency Management and Business Continuity firm assisting in all phase of disasters, regardless whether is is a natural or human-made event. We specialize in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) as our founder has been working in this realm for decades, and knows they are the key to resiliency.


Our clients in the US and abroad include: governments at the local, state, regional, federal and national levels; businesses of all sizes; community organizations; non-profits/NGOs and foundations.


PGP was founded in 2006 to address the needs of communities to reduce their vulnerabilities to hazards and fortify their ability to recover faster when disasters do strike. We were founded by CEO Ines Pearce, who has over 25 years of professional experience, an expert in Emergency Management, Business Continuity, and Public-Private Partnerships.

Ines Pearce is a global thought leader with decades of executive level experience in developing and implementing disaster resilience programs, public-private partnerships and planning strategies to conduct community risk reduction. She has worked with countries, major cities and national organizations around the world, bringing in resources, planning, strategies, and solutions to businesses, governments, schools, non-profit organizations, tribes, and communities. Her expertise in resilience best practices has brought her to the UN as a sought 

after and repeat speaker.

Senior Advisor to U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, directing:

National Disaster Help Desk for Business - facilitating 13 years of disaster 

recovery including: 

      Pandemics - COVID-19 

      Hurricanes - Dorian, Florence, Harvey, Irma, Maria and Sandy

      Wildfires – Northern and Southern California

      Flooding - Louisiana, Nashville, and Cedar Rapids 

      Earthquakes – California, Mexico, Haiti and Japan 

      Tornadoes – Joplin (MO), Nashville (TN) and Moore (OK)

      Horizon oil spill, and many other disasters.

Past Role:

Ms. Pearce’s background includes a long stint as the Director of Seattle Project

Impact, a public-private community partnership that developed collaborative 

solutions and public education to mitigate impacts in schools, homes, businesses, 

and improved hazard mapping, receiving numerous national excellence awards 

and an Emmy Award.
